Can I save and reopen a farm layout?

Yes. Save the plan as a Visualiquid JSON file and load that file later to restore every tile.

What is the planner grid size?

The current planning canvas contains 20 columns and 14 rows for quickly testing compact layouts.

Does the planner calculate in-game profit?

No. It is a visual tile planner for arranging crops, water, paths, soil, and buildings, not an economy simulator.

Where is my farm plan stored?

The active layout stays in browser memory. It is stored permanently only when you download the JSON plan yourself.
