Choose .plr file

Supported .plr processing stays in this browser. The selected file is never overwritten; the original backup and validated edited result download separately.

HOW IT WORKS

From canvas to usable file

  1. 1Choose a supported local Terraria .plr file; strict validation reads only the explicitly supported character and inventory fields.
  2. 2Review the parsed character preview, then change supported values while validation prevents a structurally invalid export.
  3. 3Download a separate backup and edited .plr result; the original file on your device is never overwritten.

FAQ

FAQ

Is my Terraria player file uploaded?

No. A supported .plr file is read and processed locally in your browser and is not sent to Visualiquid.

How does the editor protect my character save?

The selected file is never overwritten. The workspace validates supported fields and provides separate backup and edited downloads so you can keep the original.

Which Terraria .plr files are supported?

Only the .plr formats and versions explicitly listed in the workspace are accepted. Unsupported versions, modded layouts, and incomplete files are rejected rather than partially rewritten.

What can I edit with the Terraria inventory editor?

You can change only the character and inventory fields shown in the workspace. Validation guarantees the reviewed file structure; Terraria may still normalize item-specific stack or prefix combinations when it loads the save.

Is this a Terraria character maker or Terraria character creator?

No. This page works with a supported existing .plr save. It does not create standalone character art, a mod asset, or a new player file from an invented structure.
