Uploading Classic Shirts or Classic Pants to the Roblox Creator Hub requires strict adherence to the official 585 × 559 pixel UV projection template. Any image with incorrect canvas dimensions or non-transparent borders will fail Roblox’s automated upload validation.

Verify these key requirements prior to uploading your asset to Roblox:

1. Exact 585 × 559 Canvas DimensionsStrict

Even a 1-pixel deviation (e.g. 586 × 559) triggers an immediate “Invalid template dimensions” error. Our templates are guaranteed pixel-accurate.

2. 2-Pixel Seam Bleed MarginsVisual

Due to 3D UV interpolation on R6 and R15 character rigs, paint 1 to 2 pixels past the edge of each box to prevent unwanted white seam lines from appearing around the shoulders and waist.

3. Upload Fee & ModerationRobux

Roblox charges a standard 10 Robux fee per Classic Shirt or Pants upload. Ensure all areas intended to show skin are 100% transparent alpha channels.

Difference between T-Shirts and Classic Shirts: A T-Shirt is a single 128×128 square image pasted onto the avatar front (free to upload). A Classic Shirt wraps around the full torso and both arms (requires the 585×559 template and 10 Robux fee).
